To promote the sustainable development of TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies and assist financial institutions in implementing stewardship, Taiwan Index Plus Corporation (TIP) has added information and functions such as the TIP Taiwan Sustainability Ratings online feedback mechanism, IR education and training resource zone, corporate value-up information, ESG analysis information, and engagement resource center to the "IR Engage Platform" (https://irengage.taiwanindex.com.tw/). It continues to assist institutional investors and TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies in IR work, promoting engagement and communication between institutional investors and enterprises with IR and ESG dual engines.

TIP continues to optimize the "IR Engage Platform," expanding service functions in four major aspects: "Earnings call," "IR Zone," "ESG value added Data," and "Engagement Services," including:

1. TIP Taiwan Sustainability Ratings Online Feedback Mechanism: Opening registered TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies to view the latest TIP Taiwan Sustainability Ratings results, and providing an online feedback mechanism to facilitate companies in supplementing public supporting data to TIP. Through two-way interaction, it is expected to assist TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies in future sustainability strategy formulation and practice, providing reference information. As long as TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies complete registration to join as platform members, they can view detailed data of their own companies' various ESG issues for free. 2. "IR Education and Training Resource Zone": Will provide relevant institutional training course information for TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies' reference to assist in improving IR work efficiency; on the exclusive webpage for TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies, adding the "Corporate Value-up Plan" disclosed by the company, allowing the exclusive webpage to comprehensively cover information such as company info, finance, ESG performance, and corporate value-up plans in a one-stop manner, assisting enterprises in utilizing the exclusive webpage to refine investor relations.
3. ESG value added data Zone: Publishes the December 2025 results of the TIP Taiwan Sustainability Ratings, adding analysis of industry placement, ESG reports, etc., to assist institutional users in more precisely mastering the sustainability performance of each TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed company, and facilitating the execution of sustainable investment management decisions and engagement communication.
4. Adding "Engagement Resource Center": Content includes engagement case sharing, common engagement questions, and introduction to recently added engagement consulting services, hoping to assist institutional investors in improving engagement work performance with complete and in-depth engagement services.

TIP stated that as of the end of 2025, registered members of the "IR Engage Platform" included 667 TWSE-listed companies, 200 TPEx-listed companies, and 243 institutional investor members. In 2025, 209 online reservations for earnings call venues such as the TWSE were completed by TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies; the IR Engage platform successfully matched 12 engagement meetings, with 12 TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies and 7 financial institutions participating respectively. The "IR Engage Platform" will continue to collect opinions from enterprises and institutional investors, refine functions and services, promote IR engagement communication, and bring a better user experience to TWSE-listed and TPEx-listed companies and institutional investors.
