Your personal information to be collected by TIP includes the following: Code 001 Type for identifying individuals: name, company name, job title, phone number, e-mail address, or address.

3. Time period, area, target and methods of the use of personal information:

(1) Time period: During the Services and five years thereafter; provided, however, that TIP may extend the retention duration as requested by competent authority, judicial agency or relevant authority agency.
(2) Area: Within the territory of the Republic of China.
(3) Target: Your personal information shall only be used by TIP itself, and TIP shall not use your personal information for any purpose other than for the Service without your consent. Notwithstanding to the foregoing, TIP may provide your personal information to the competent authority, judicial agency or relevant authority agency according to the laws or regulations.
(4) Methods: TIP may collect, process and use your personal information through digital files or physical paper documents.

4. Your rights regarding to your personal information: You may exercise the following rights in respect of your personal information through the website, telephone calls, or in person:

(1) inquiry or review;
(2) making duplications;
(3) supplement or correction;
(4) request for discontinue the collection, processing or use, and deletion of your personal information;
(5) data portability (if "EU General Data Protection Rules" applies);

5. Consequence on refusal to provide your personal information:

You may still use the Service if you refuse or are unable to provide your personal information for the specific purposes above. However, certain rights and interests under the Service may not be available or accessible to you. If your relevant rights and interests are jeopardized, TIP will not be accountable for any damages or loss.

Miscellaneous:

(1) TIP is entitled to amend the "Personal Information Collection, Processing and Use Notification and Agreement" from time to time, and will obtain your consent in an adequate method.
(2) If TIP fails to obtain your consent, or you disagree with the amendment, TIP will delete your personal information, ex officio or base on your demand.
(3) Any matter not specified herein shall be resolved according to the laws of the Republic of China, the EU General Data Protection Rules (if applicable), administrative rules and related regulations of the competent authorities.
(4) The "Personal Information Collection, Processing and Use Notification and Agreement" shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China. If a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authorities holds that any provision of the "Personal Information Collection, Processing and Use Notification and Agreement" is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
(5) The parties shall settle any dispute arising from the "Personal Information Collection, Processing and Use Notification and Agreement" in good faith. If necessary, the parties agree to file the claim with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of the first instance.
(6) This "Personal Information Collection, Processing and Use Notification and Agreement" is written in both Chinese and English languages. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
